I wrote a post a few weeks ago on Senate Bill 15 that was introduced at the beginning of January. It would make illegal the consumption of the raw milk produced by an animal by anyone owning a partial share of that animal, effectively illegalizing herd shares.
As of 1/9/2019, it has been passed on second consideration, and held on desk pending committee appointments.
Now is the time to write to state legislation and oppose the passing of this bill.
