More Exciting News and a New Blog Post!

I have spent my extra time working on getting the new website up and running. I am pleased to announce that the Shaggy Maple Homestead shop is now LIVE! I have currently one (yes, you read that correctly) listing available for purchase, and that is our peppermint tea! It’s fabulous if you haven’t tried it before; we grow a variety called chocolate mint which is naturally sweeter than the typical peppermint. Combined with strategic harvesting and drying methods, we’ve got the most potently flavorful tea I have ever tasted, and this is delightfully confirmed by everyone who has tried our special brew.

Additionally, I have a new blog post live on the Shaggy Maple website on pruning chestnut trees in dormancy! I’m excited for you to check it out here! I’m still working out some bugs regarding the RSS feed for the blog over there, but if you want to stay up to date on our latest posts, happenings, events, and more, be sure to hop over to shaggymaplehomestead.com and scroll to the bottom of the page to sign up for our email list! You’ll then get all of our latest news and updates right to your inbox. And no, I promise not to spam you with a million emails- we’re not those kind of people. πŸ˜‰

Also, the Wholly Holy Living Etsy shop is now closed! We’re in the process of moving our “inventory” to the other platform, and we were finally able to officially close the Etsy shop. In our new Shaggy Maple Homestead shop, you can look forward to various products and items from handmade textile items, to farm to table foods, online and in person workshops and tours, as well as heirloom seeds, and seasonally available herbal products from our gardens. This presents us with a huge new and exciting opportunity to focus in on what we do best- which is growing and utilizing various plants and herbs and enjoying the harvest. Again, signing up for our Shaggy Maple Homestead email list ensures you’ll be among the first to know about all of the exclusive items going live in our shop throughout the year.

Just enter your email in the box at the bottom of the page, click the little orange button, and you’re good to go!
