B2E vs. Organic Market

Here is a photo of our butternut squash (top) grown in our combo B2E hugulkultur swale versus an organically grown butternut squash (bottom) from the grocery store. A picture is worth a thousand words. The proof is in the produce, folks. And a B2E squash is worth about 3 organic market squashes.
